Last updated 27 September 2026. Your legal rights as a consumer in Ireland always apply and nothing here reduces them.
Paying for a book
- A deposit starts your book. It's shown clearly before you pay.
- Amy writes and paints, then you read the full proof page by page.
- The balance is due only once you approve the exact version. Nothing is printed before that.
- Prices include VAT where it applies. Books are zero-rated in Ireland.
Changes
Your bundle includes a set number of proof rounds (one for Storybook Post and Keepsake, two for Heirloom and Christmas, up to five for Legacy). Mistakes on our side are always fixed free.
Delivery
Dates shown are estimates until your book is approved and a print slot is confirmed. Free delivery in Ireland; UK and EU delivery is charged at checkout.
Gift vouchers
Valid for five years from purchase. You can use more than one on an order, and any unused balance stays on the code.
Story Club
Yearly membership. Cancel any time: it simply won't renew, and you keep the book for the year you've paid.
