Last updated 27 September 2026. Your statutory rights always apply; a personalised book never means "no refunds" if something is wrong.
Before Amy starts work
Cancel and your deposit is refunded in full.
After Amy has started
Cancel at any time before you approve the proof. We'll refund your deposit less a fair amount for work already done, and tell you that amount first.
After you approve and pay
Your book is made just for you, so it can't be cancelled once it's sent to print. If it arrives damaged, faulty or different from the proof you approved, we'll reprint or refund.
Gift vouchers
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that they stay valid for five years.
Story Club
Cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, unless your book is already in production. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
